AGTTA ( Atlanta Georgia Table Tennis Association ) is a public sponsored Table Tennis club located in Atlanta, GA, in the heart of Chastain park. The club was established in 1960, this web site has been live since June, 2002. We have more than 14 tables and 60 players a night with an organized 10 week club league on every Tuesday night. Youth Program
Program Highlights
- Every Sunday morning from 8:30am to 10:30am
- Youth gets to participate in a State Youth League
- Program fees are $10/month per child, second child is $5.00/month
- Participated youth is between the ages of 6 and 15 years old
Tuesday Nights - 10 week League Program
Program Highlights- Every Tuesday night for 10 weeks
- Rating fee is $3 per night
- Participate by using club rating system
- Play 3 or 4 matches a night with advancement for table winners
- Trophies awarded to the winners at the end of the league
Thursday Nights - Open Play
- Free to registered AGTTA members
- Open play on up to 15 tables
Sundays - Open Play & Adult Coaching
Program Highlights
- Open play on 10 tables
- Adult coaching on 5 tables from 11:30-1:00 (contact Stan Talifero for session topics)
Fees
- $60.00 annual fee per person
- $80.00 annual family membership
- $20.00 annual junior membership (under 18 years old)
- $3.00 per league session (Tuesdays - participation optional) rating fee
How to Join? - Simply fill in this form and just come by the club and talk to a club representative.
Regular Play Schedule
- Tuesday nights at 7:30pm to 10pm
- Thursday nights at 7:00 pm to 10 pm (March-November, outside of basketball season only)
- Sunday mornings at 8:30am to 12:30pm ( til noon during December, January, & February )
League Play Schedule
- Play on Tuesdays, new league every 10 weeks
- Registration from 7:30pm to 8:15pm (only first 60 registered will play the session)
- Session Rating Fee is $3.00
- Tournament begins around 8:30pm
- Must play 6 out of 10 weeks to qualify for awards.
